For printed books, a 14-day legal cooling-off period applies after receipt. Please get in touch with us within this period at caroline@carolinelangevoord.com for return instructions. Return costs are at the customer’s expense. Any transaction costs for refunds are at the customer’s expense. The book must be returned unread and undamaged.
